What’s your return policy?
Products are purchased for export only and cannot be returned once purchase transaction has been completed at the port of delivery/export.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your product to Any Safe World Port-ASWP (except for Puerto Rico and United States of America) that can accept deliveries or tobacco products legally and lawfully. Your company must provide evidence of registration for tobacco products in your country of origin/import
